The headmaster is celebrating RSD

One release I always regret not picking up on RSD, was this Smiths single. Not that it was easily available outside of the UK. But I did had the opportunity at several occasions to pick it up, but I never did.

Time progressed and copies became scares and prices went up. I kind of got remorse and the hunt was on. Luckily I managed to cope a copy for the regular retail price.

This single actually only came out in the Netherlands back in 1985 but the cowboy sleeve as the 7″ sleeve was extremely more limited than the red sleeve. Kind of cool, they used this sleeve as the artwork for this RSD release. Funny enough the barely changed any details, even the Mega Disc logo is still there despite it being a Rhino records release.
